- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Original packaging is not neccesary.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Evidence: Please provide photos or videos of the damaged or defective item for verification. If your request is approved we will send you an email with your shipping label and detailed instructions for return.
3. Prepare Your Return: While we do provide a shipping labelm you will need to obtain your own packaging to ship the item securely.
4. Shipping Label: We will email you a prepaid shipping label for the return. Affix the shipping label to your package.
5. Ship Your Return: A return address will be sent to you via email by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
- Popseoul Studio Responsibility: Popseoul Studio will cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds
